Our role begins with the identification and assessment of land and development opportunities. From this point, we advise on: planning; land sales and acquisitions; land assembly; negotiating options; promotion; hybrid and joint venture agreements; structuring landowner collaboration agreements (to enable the sale or delivery of strategic assets while minimising potential tax liabilities); viability and strategic planning advice; carrying out valuations; and negotiating to secure best value for our clients.
ABOUT
A property professional with nearly 20 years experience in the property industry
Rebecca graduated with a BA Honours degree from Nottingham University. Post university she worked at both Knight Frank and Savills respectively in the West End Development and Institutional Sales Team. She gained extensive experience, in development appraisals, finance vehicles and sales of super prime luxury residential properties.
Rebecca went on to work client side for a large corporate, acquiring land and institutional buildings throughout the UK and Europe before settling back in London. She went on to help establish the core sales business at Domus Nova in Notting Hill. It is here she first realised her passion for luxury property development.
Rebecca has developed, develop managed consulted and troubleshot on property schemes, ranging from £1m to £60m in Prime Central London and the Cotswolds. These projects have been self-financed as well as JV projects, working in close coordination with core investors and long-established clients.
Latterly Rebecca has worked and consulted in the strategic land and brownfield remediation sectors.
